The platform facilitates booking, payment, and communication between users and service providers.

3. User Accounts:

• Users must register and create an account to access AlloFermli’s services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for any activities conducted through your account.
• AlloFermli reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if it is suspected that the account has been compromised or if fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Service Providers:

• Healthcare specialists using the AlloFermli platform are independent contractors, not employees of AlloFermli. We do not directly supervise or control the work of the healthcare providers, and they are responsible for the quality and professionalism of the services provided.
• All healthcare providers are required to comply with local laws and regulations, including possessing appropriate licenses, certifications, and qualifications.

5. User Responsibilities:

• You agree to use the AlloFermli platform for lawful purposes only and refrain from any abusive behavior towards providers, other users, or AlloFermli staff.
• You are responsible for ensuring your availability at the scheduled time and location of the service. Failure to be present without notice (No-Show) may result in fees or suspension of your account.

6. Payments and Fees:

• All service fees are displayed at the time of booking. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By using our platform, you agree to pay all applicable service fees and any associated taxes.
• AlloFermli reserves the right to modify service fees at any time but will provide users with adequate notice before changes take effect.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:

• AlloFermli does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our platform connects users with independent healthcare providers, and the quality of services is the responsibility of those providers.
• AlloFermli is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of the platform or services provided. In case of any disputes, we will assist in reaching an amicable solution, but the final responsibility lies with the user and provider.

8. Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Tunisian law. Any disputes arising from the use of AlloFermli’s services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tunisian courts.
