- Users can modify their booking (e.g., change time, date, or location) up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any fees, subject to the availability of the healthcare specialist.
- If modifications are made within 24 hours of the appointment, AlloFermli reserves the right to charge a modification fee depending on the nature of the change and the provider’s policy.
